Calibration is simple with one push button on the meter and fresh Bluelab Calibration Solutions. A successful calibration indicator is displayed on screen; after 30 days, this will disappear and you’ll need to recalibrate to ensure ongoing accuracy.

Very Pleased with this pH Meter

I bought this pH Meter for multiple uses and I am very pleased with it thus far. I make my own sausage and salami, I also can and preserve a lot of stuff out of my own garden so for food safety, I find it to be very important to have accurate pH readings. This meter is incredibly accurate and does what I need it to do. I also like the fact that it can be used as a probe for measuring the pH of my soil but I don't actually use it exactly for this use as I don't want to damage the tip of the probe by shoving it into soil. Instead, I will mix up a slurry using soil and distilled water and measure the pH of the slurry and it works very well. I am extremely happy with this meter. I highly recommend it and would definitely purchase it again.
