Bluelab Soil pH Probe

It’s rare that I post a 5-star review, but this is probably the best pH probe on the market. This probe works beautifully in soil or liquids, and it’s long lasting. I recently pulled one out that had been stored since the end of the 2021 growing season. The storage solution had evaporated and the probe was dried out, but after replacing the storage solution I was able to calibrate it immediately. After calibrating daily for 6 days, by day 7 it no longer required daily calibration and stayed in calibration for several days. Unfortunately, it later dropped onto concrete and then failed (reading the same number no matter what), so don’t drop it. Even so, from my experience these outlast standard pH probes, last more than a single season, and work in both soil and liquid. You really can’t go wrong.

Works for the purpose of pH’ing our water as we have a high pH in our water. When we are doing our garden vegetables, we can water with the correct pH water to grow healthy and hearty veggies.

Works great and was dead on before calibration. Works way faster than other probes. Be gentle with it and don’t forget to pre-dig the hole before inserting the probe into soil.
